You can wear your own shoes without changing sizes. Athletic, high heels, causal, dress, bedroom slippers, even sandals and flip flops. 2.)Will Good Feet arch supports help with feet, back and knee pain? Absolutely, we have 4 arches in the foot, Good Feet arch supports all 4 arches unlike shoes that have a sock liner that is usually flat or one that appears to have an arch. Even if you foot is flat, you need support. 3.) Do I need an appointment to come in? No appointment is necessary, but for store hours or directions please call the location nearest you. 4.) Yes, starting at the age of 6 until the age of 18 we have a youth arch support program. Every 4 to 6 months as the child grows we have them return for another imprinting and sizing.
